Federal E-SIGN law generally recognizes electronic records and signatures, but consumers are not forced to accept electronic records simply because they are electronic. Before consent is given, the electronic-consent flow explains hardware/software requirements, how to withdraw consent and how to obtain paper copies.

More details, examples & FAQs
Email/phone accuracy
Keep the electronic contact information used for delivery current. If a record cannot be delivered, additional contact or paper delivery may be required.
Paper copies
You can request a paper copy using the method shown in the consent flow. Any legally permitted charge, if applicable, is disclosed before the request.
Withdrawing consent
The consent flow explains how to withdraw consent to electronic records and the effect on the current transaction or future service. Withdrawal does not invalidate electronic records already provided or signed before the withdrawal became effective.
Demonstrating access
Where required for consumer consent, the workflow is designed to demonstrate that the consumer can access the electronic format that will be used.
Electronic signature
Typing a name, checking an appropriately labeled box, clicking an acceptance button or using another permitted electronic-signature method may have legal effect when used with the required intent and process. MVP records consent evidence with the transaction record.

Customer reviews
I was surprised by how straightforward the process felt. The online form was easy to follow and I didn’t have to guess what came next. For an online process, it felt pretty human and not like I was just clicking into a black box.
This was my second time using an online loan service and this went much smoother. I had to upload one document twice before it went through. For an online process, it felt pretty human and not like I was just clicking into a black box.
I used the site from my phone and didn’t run into much trouble. The online form was easy to follow and I didn’t have to guess what came next.
The online part was easier than I thought it would be. The repayment dates were easy to follow and lined up reasonably well with my paycheck. Good overall, just make sure the payment dates work with your budget.
The whole thing was easier than I expected. I like having the option to pay it off earlier instead of dragging the balance out. No long story here — it did what I needed it to do.
